INDOOR Dance Class Procedures for STUDENTS & PARENTS:

Staff members All staff members of Dance Inspirations are screened each day as well as temperatures taken. Staff are required to wear masks at all times except when physically teaching a class. Staff must have extremely good hygiene by washing and sanitizing their hands often. Staff are required to follow all guidelines set by the State Of NH reopening 2.0 task force.
 
Waiting rooms remain closed. No parents or guests are allowed inside the studio. Dancers ages 5 and under may be escorted into the building but parents must leave once children are checked in.
Check in - Students may approach the check-in table 1 at a time to be given the State of NH screening questions (see below) and temperature has been taken with a Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer.
 
  • ●  If they answer NO to all questions, they will be allowed to enter the studio and assigned a dance space that only they will use.
  • ●  If the answer to ANY QUESTIONS is YES, the student will not be allowed to participate in the dance class for that day.
 
Masks
 
 
●  Dancers must wear a mask when entering and exiting the building
●  Dancers must wear a mask until their class begins
●  It is not required for dancers or teachers to wear a mask when dancing
●  Dancers may wear masks while dancing if they feel more comfortable.
 
 
Safety
  • Dancers will be required to use hand sanitizer when arriving and leaving the dance studio..
  • Dancers’ are each assigned a dance square spaced at 6 feet to provide adequate social distancing
  • Dancers will be required to social distance at all times.
  • Please only bring dances shoes and a water bottle to class
  • Please make sure you use the bathroom before you arrive. The studio bathroom is for EMERGENCY use only. 
  • The bathroom will be cleaned after every use.
  • The bathroom can not be used as a changing room.
  • All touched surfaces will be cleaned after every class and, if needed, during.

 

Social Distancing
  • Teachers & staff will maintain social distancing
  • Wear masks when checking students in and during any normal conversation. When teaching, they will not be required to wear masks.
If there are any concerns that a teacher needs to know in order to make your family feel more comfortable, please notify us before class is to begin.
CONCLUSION OF CLASS:
  • Dancers will be DISMISSED ONE BY ONE
  • Dancers will exit from a different door than they entered the building  
  • Dancers must head directly back to their vehicles.

STATE OF NH SCREENING QUESTIONS

  1. Any symptoms of COVID-19 (see Universal Guidelines for list of potential symptoms) or fever of 100.4 degrees F or higher.
    1. Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?
    2. Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
  2. Close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 in the past 14
    days.
  3. Traveled in the past 14 days either:
a. Internationally (outside the U.S.),
b. By cruise ship, or 
c. Domestically (within the U.S.) outside of NH, VT, or ME on public transportation (e.g., bus, train, plane, etc.).
 
- If you answered yes to any of these questions, do not put our employees and dancers at risk, come back another day when you feel better.
- If you answered no, please remember to maintain social distancing for the duration of your visit.
